Coming up on this week’s Modern Notebook, Tyler Kline will share music by Thomas Albert inspired by the Wallace Stevens poem titled “Thirteen Ways of Looking at a Blackbird,” and a work for bass clarinet and marimba by Jonathan Bailey Holland performed by the group Transient Canvas from their latest album. Also, music by Allison Loggins-Hull for solo cello, and a folk music-inspired orchestral work by Huang Ruo.


Plus, performances by Latitude 49, Eighth Blackbird, Pacifica Quartet, Admiral Launch Duo, and more; and music by Sarah Kirkland Snider, Jennifer Higdon, Pablo Ortiz, Angélica Negrón, and others.
