On this week’s Modern Notebook, Tyler Kline shares a concerto for guitar and percussion ensemble by Baljinder Sekhon, along with solo piano music by Tania Léon. Plus, a piece titled “Joy Boy,” by Julius Eastman, who was among the first composers to combine minimalist processes with elements of pop music.
